Through interactive games, hands-on activities, and skill-building exercises, students learn how to: • Recognize and name emotions • Use calming tools effectively • Reframe unhelpful thoughts • Strengthen coping and problem-solving skills Location: Bridges Charter Grades: 1st - 5th Duration: 8 weeks (No class October 15th or November 26th) This is a skills-based educational program and not therapy. Spots are limited and reserved upon full payment.
